Web(and) Talks with Ninahaveheart.

Nina Dyakova or Nina Haveheart, known for her all-black vision, super color mind, and her love for dark trap and emo rap. A person you can turn to if you need help marketing your brand in a digital environment, as well as a wide range of creativity.

You have recently joined CreateX as a Creative Director. How did this happen?

And I didn't understand exactly how it happened, haha, but big things always happen to me so magically. Alex and part of the CreateX team worked side by side on Digitalno Delo a few months before that, which helped us get to know each other a lot and decide we were for each other, haha. I got to the point where I knew I was in dire need of a new challenge, they also realized that it was time for them to differentiate this position, given the great growth of CreateX. It was written to us.

What are the daily tasks of a Creative Director?

I communicate daily with the managers of the individual teams and help if there is a need for a new organization of projects and human resources. I supervise the products that come out of CreateX, on a conceptual, copywriting, and design level, as well as purely marketing. I organize and brief teams for important presentations such as pitching and strategies, as well as quite actively supervise them to the final product. I answer countless questions and put out fires, haha. Generally speaking.

What does a Head of content do in a Digitalno Delo?

Right now - he is sad that he does not have enough time for the project, but at the same time he is happy that his team is so good that he manages without his deep intervention. Otherwise, I mainly deal with the overall organization of copywriters and designers, supervision of topics and content, copy and design feedback.

What are you uncompromising with at work?

I set out to answer a few specific things that my perfectionist mind gave birth to right away, but the next moment I realized that there really was no such thing as "uncompromising."

I have to make a lot of compromises because the situations have too many different nuances. In our field, given the dynamics and volume of work, we must be quite flexible.

May 9, 2017, is probably a date you will always remember. How do you get into one of the most famous agencies - Saatchi & Saatchi / Digitas Sofia?

I do not know. Really. To this day, I can't explain how it happened. A friend told me that there was a vacancy for an internship with him, but I had no idea where he worked. I really didn't know what Saatchi & Saatchi was when I applied. Otherwise, during this period I was very confused and I totally did not know where to go professionally. I imagined a set of things I wanted to do, but I didn't know where to find them. Everything was concentrating on one point when I started at Saatchi & Saatchi. I really don't know how it happened, but it gave me so much that I will be forever grateful for this chance.

What was the reason for ending a love affair to start a new one?

At one point I realized that I have superpowers that will only be activated if I leave.

And last but not least - Nina Haveheart or Nina WRLD? :)

If I had to come up with an internet name today, it would be WRLD for sure, haha. Few people know that Have Heart is actually a hardcore punk band, and I've been writing like this for more than 12 years and I don't think I'll change it.
